By accessing or using DegreeOpportunity.com and start.degreeopportunity.com (together, the “Sites”), operated by Higher Secondary Consultants LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Sites are an advertising-supported educational resource that helps prospective students find information about degree programs offered by third-party accredited educational institutions and their authorized representatives (“Schools”). We are not a school, and we do not offer degree programs ourselves. Submitting an inquiry through the Sites does not guarantee admission to, enrollment in, or any offer from any School.

The Sites are intended for use by adults age 18 and older who are legitimately interested in exploring educational programs. By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

The Sites are advertising-supported. We may receive compensation from Schools and other advertisers when you submit an inquiry or take other actions on the Sites. This compensation may influence which programs are featured or how they are presented.
No Endorsement or Guarantee
We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the outcomes of any School, program, or accreditation status. Accreditation, program availability, cost, and outcomes vary and are subject to change without notice; you should independently verify information directly with any School before making enrollment decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Sites without our prior written permission.
